The TLC Group's Talent Development & Leadership Centre hosted our Spring PO Awards Ceremony, welcoming approximately 22 honourees joining us virtually or in-person at the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce.

The event was a great success, with special guests Nancy Volesky of Gateway Systems and Bermuda Privacy Commissioner, Mr. Alexander White offering insight, words of encouragement and advice to new Privacy Officers. Alex welcomed the new PO’s to the “club” or “fraternity” of privacy experts in Bermuda, and Nancy talked to the world of opportunities for females in the privacy industry!

Congratulations to our team members that successfully completed the Certified Privacy Officer Foundation & Practitioner course and were honoured on Thursday: Jeanette Matthew, Brad Collins and Tamra Tucker!

SEPTEMBER 2020

The TLC Group's Talent Development & Leadership Centre hosted our first ever Privacy Officer Awards Ceremony at the Bermuda Society of Arts in celebration of the individuals who passed their Privacy Officer Foundation and Practitioner Courses.

21 participants were in attendance, as well as Mr. Alex White (Bermuda’s Privacy Commissioner), & community supportersMr. Ronnie Viera (COO of First Atlantic Commerce) and Mr. John Kyle (Managing Director of Gateway Systems).

Participants of the Privacy Officer courses came from a variety of industries including legal, re-insurance, HR, compliance, accounting, tourism, public service, banking and technology.
